Offshore Energy Exhibition at Den Helder an enormous success

At the exhibition in Den Helder (NL) the booth of VPI was visited by a large number of people, not only from the renewable energy branches, but also by a large number of potentiality customers from the Oil and Gas industry.

VPI presented their full scale of cable protection equipment and discussed the latest researches regarding the drag-forces on cables, the liquefaction and why cables are popping-up at Wind farms.
The solutions presented by VPI were welcomed by all and resulted already in interesting pre-exhibition follow-ups and meetings.Conferences:
New this year were the conferences with a lot of speakers of Petrobras, Shell/NAM, Tullow Oil, Heerema Marine Contractors, Heerema Fabrication Group, Peterson SBS, Jumbo, Siemens en GustoMSC. Ruud Zoon, Managing Director van GDF SUEZ E&P Nederland B.V., held a speech regarding the Dutch gas industry.Comic Mr. Adam Fields was an excellent entertainer during the diner evening.
