PRO-TC ®  Tube Centralizer

The PRO-TC® has initially been developed for a smooth cable pull-in into a J- or I-tube, where cable or pipe protection is required. The design has been made with flow channels to let the water column flow alongside whilst pulling the cable with the centralizer into the tube.

The PRO- TC® Tube Centralizer is clamped on the PRO-PIPE protection string, and centralizes the cable and the protection string inside the tube.
Due to it's simple design and easy assembling  (see below picture) the handling of the PRO-TC ® does not require special tools and time for the operation.
 

The outer diameter of the Tube Centralizer is adapted to fit the inner diameter of the I- or J-Tube.
Material used: Polyurethane, suitable for marine environment and guaranteed for the use in seawater for at least 25 years.
The centralizer will be kept in place with 6 bolts and nuts. For easy fixation, we have designed a pre-casted nut hexagonal adaptor form.
