cable protection systems
The Vos Prodect Cable Protection System has been developed over the past 30 years and consists of two primary products – the Vos Prodect Cast Iron Shell and Vos Prodect Hybrid Protection Shell. The Vos Prodect Cast Iron Shell is utilised for the cable in contact with the sea bed and the Vos Prodect Hybrid Protection Shell is utilised for the free span areas leading into the Cast Iron Shell (also known as Articulated Pipes within the industry) is casted from cast iron half shells whereas the Vos Prodect Hybrid Protection Shell is formed using the cast iron half shells along with an outer polyurethane shell, to provide extra corrosion protection around the free span areas.
joint bend restrictor
Vos Prodect have devised a Joint Bend Restrictor system in order to safely lower Vos Prodect’s subsea protection systems onto the sea floor bed in a safe and consistent manner. Utilising a Vos Prodect Cable Protection System in conjunction with additional chains (varying in length) across the joint box section between the cables, the Vos Prodect Joint Bend Restrictor will ensure that the cables are lowered without compromising the minimum bend radius of the cables.
MONOPILE entry system
The Vos Prodect Monopile Entry System is devised with a unique mechanism that requires no moving or mechanical parts. The Vos Prodect Monopile Entry System is utilised to be installed in the pre-cut entry hole situated on the monopile. The design has been engineered for simplicity and ease during installation, 0% failure/malfunction rates during pull-in, strong and durable protection of the cable and is a cost effective solution.

cable bend stiffener
The Vos Prodect Cable Bend Stiffener provides protection against overbending during installation and operation, amongst demanding applications where longevity in service life is vital. Formed by polyurethane material, the Vos Prodect Cable Bend Stiffener are engineered to specifically suit your project parameters.

The Vos Prodect Onshore Landing Clamp, also referred to as a ‘Beach Clamp’, is a hang-off system that is utilised onshore on a variety of interfacing application surfaces, typically carrying the power or data from the transformers onto the land. The Vos Prodect Onshore Landing Clamp provides ease of assembly and a prolonged service lifetime with sealing option.
